4. Service Tax, VAT & Other government levies are extra, as applicable.

5. Registration, Stamp Duty and misc. charges shall be payable at the time of Offer of Possession.

6. Super Area includes the covered area plus the proportionate area under Common Corridor, Passages, Staircases, Mumties, Projections, Water Tanks, Lift Wells, etc.

Sharing my experience of buying a flat at Cape Town here. Got the possession of my 2 bhk apartment here a couple of months back and found everything as promised by the developer at the time of booking. Loving the experience of living at my dream home.

I am really happy at my decision if investing into a 3 bhk apartment at Cape Town. Specially now when I have comfortably settled here with my family. Location was the first thing I liked about the project and now I am getting to know about the quality of furnishing and fittings within this development. Completely worth every penny I spent in it.

Supertech Cape Town is a premium township which will be located in sector 74 of Noida which is a posh sector with premium developments in the neighborhood. Supertech Cape Town is a township which will offer premium 2 & 3 BHK apartments which will be located in a wide spread of over 50 acres. Within the township will be located a number of premium and ultra luxury developments such as Ritz Cher, North Eye and Orb. The entire township will comprise of 41 majestic towers and will accommodate premium residency.
